CCS Electronics is a contract electronics manufacturer specialising in the manufacture of cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, box build, cable overmoulding and electromechanical assemblies.

In addition to our manufacturing expertise CCS Electronics is able to offer a complete range of services designed to make your business as cost effective and flexible as possible.

Formed in 1982 and now a division of Alpha 3 Manufacturing Limited, the company operates from a 10,000 sq ft facility in Cheshire, UK.  CCS Electronics offers clients experience and expertise drawn from a wide range of industries including industrial, medical, security and, test and measurement.

CCS Electronics specialise in the following core services

Cable assemblies - wiring harnesses, wiring looms - including cable preparation, crimp/connector/solder assemblies, ribbon assemblies, co-axial assemblies, and complex wiring harnesses and wiring looms

Electromechanical assemblies - including component procurement, product engineering, production operations, testing and approvals

Box build and panel build - our services and expertise in box build and panel build has been utilised across Defence, Electronics, Energy, Marine and Medical industries, and are highly adapatable to meet the requirements of each individual customer.
